Liz Young serves as the Executive-in-Residence for the Mid-Atlantic CIO Forum. Ms. Young administers the overall Forum which includes membership recruitment and management, selection and oversight of Forum meetings and events, coordination with Towson University resources in support of the Forum, coordination with speakers and sponsor organizations of the Forum, and management of day to day operations of the Forum. Ms. Young is President of C. Young & Associates, Inc. She is a senior IT professional with specialization in computer security, project management, information architecture, privacy compliance, policy development and application development. Prior to joining the Forum, she was a senior manager in information protection and computer security at a Fortune 300 corporation. She received a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Administrative Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
