Joining the Forum

The Mid-Atlantic CIO Forum has two types of memberships – CIO and Vendor. Our charter predefines the mix of CIO and Vendor members; it also sets up preferences for “For-Profit”, “Not-For-Profit”, and Government/Public entities and organizations.

Organizations must apply for membership. The application and organizational profile form that are required to apply for membership are provided below. Before deciding to apply for membership, organizations may attend events or Forum meetings to get to know members and the nature of our forums/meetings. The Board must approve any application and membership.
